Hahaha. Obviously, in the real world, a photo is only a good photo if it gets a million likes or gets popular on 500px.
It's a social media exercise to gets faves likes and popular status. Get enough followers and the rest is easy.
Excellent post. Salient, relevant and highlights a lot of what some are missing here. A portrait photographer or landscape photographer for example shouldn't simply assume that any self believed skill they have in their genre can be transferred to macro for example.
