Ive been looking around for some adapters so i can use my existing modifiers with some old Broncolor heads, i think they are know as a ul fitting, probably wrong, they have a spring clip system of securing onto the front of the head, i need the bowens s type ( female) fitting on the other end so...

More than likely to do with permissions that are on the old hard drive, have a google for removing permission on a old drive

Thans for that Kevin, i will drop him an email, and yep i know they are old, but hey they were free, and the are from a highly regarded manufacturer, i know they havent got that same ammount of control as modern power packs, but the light and consistancy is the most important thing :)

Arent these the favoured lens for portraits though? (well one of there many uses). I would of thought IS would be a must for indoor natural light.

Ive still got most of my images, i delete the really rubbish ones ie, focus issues and random ones when ive pressed the shutter by mistake, but i keep some of the ones that i dont like just as a reminder what to avoid, and how i could of taken the pic more to my liking.
