Just realised i've missed out on the Xmas deals by a week or so... Looking for a 105mm Vr Macro and it would've been £565 with the cashback, Panamoz sell for £532.
Should i hold out for the next Cashback offer (Easter??) or just jump in now, not in any immediate rush but the moneys burning a...
Can I ask where the Mandarin was shot? Been after trying to get a decent shot of one for about 5 years lol. Finally got one I'm half happy with in May. Will stick a couple of pics up later
Urgh not nice... Only thing I can suggest mate is some decent decongestant and dose up on painkillers. I always suffer with chronic ear infections so I sympathise with you.
@ Nawty, lovely shots. The Pygmy is nice but the lion fish is the one!
Whilst the air may be drier as you say, I probably tend to have the Ac so damn cold (Indonesia mostly) that as soon as I walk out of the room it's condensated the housing. I normally leave mine open of a night outside of the room now to combat this.

Re: the warranty, touch wood, mine's been fine. But when i was researching it found there were places in the Uk it could be sent to if it developed a fault.
when i got mine, i got charged a whopping £12 import duty.
and as has already been mentioned, as it came with an International warranty i wasn't worried.
i got my Tokina 11-16 from Fujisunrise and had it i my hand 68hrs after paying, have also bought other bits from him and received the same service. IMO he puts some UK sellers to shame, buy with confidence.
p.s. it's a GREAT lens, i love mine!
Not sure if this will apply in your case, however, it may be of some help possibly? Read the last sentence.

Top bloke though even if he is a Northerner ;) , always happy to give impartial advice and never gives the hard sell.
