Hello all. I am going to London tomorrow, till Sunday. I was wondering where to go to find cool used camera shops. With film cameras and all that stuff. I know there's some more "comercial" and I bet there are some "hidden" ones. Do you have any recommendation? Regards Ivo

Here you have some with the Leica Mini 3 + Kodak Tmax 400. Developed and scanned at home!

I got good results with this film. The devoloping was made in a good place here in Lisbon and I scanned myself... They were made with the Contax 645 and Planar T* 80mm f/2...

I got one Leica M6 TTL for 500€, in like new condition. It was an excellent price. Last bargain was one Angenieux 180mm f/2.3 APO for 197€. It had fungus but I sold it for 600€ (still a nice price).

Forgot to say I scanned the film myself and I missed the focus at one or two pictures hehe... (maybe they are not such a good examples...)

Bambam, my pictures with that same camera (when it was mine hehe) were good. I was using one Zeiss ZM 50mm f/2. Here it is one set where I used very looow shutter speed as 1/8 and 1/15... Fuji Reala 100 - Konica Hexar RF + Carl Zeiss Planar T* 50mm f/2 ZM

Hello Bambam, the sharp "problem" was not from the camera in these cases... If it exists any issue would be because of the lenses... The camera has not a digital sensor that influences the final result so... Or the lens is not sharp, or the film was outdated or the light was not very good...

I can say I'm sort of a Leica fan so I'm a little suspect to talk about. What I can say is that I see Leica cameras as precision machines, with great built quality. The lenses are amazing and I love to use them with my 5D Mark II. For now I have one D-Lux 4 Titanium and one Leica X1...

One day I bought one lot of 50 films... 25 of them are APS... I never used them... lol If this is OK to the forum I could give you more details by PM, since I never thought selling them anywhere...

You can be sure you will perform well. When you get one in your hands you'll fell one amazing precision object that allows you to make great images. It's a matter of feeling too. I never thought I'd get one Leica so soon but I got good oportunities and now I have these... I love them and...
