Certainly is a costly hobby. I started doing some paid work to fund it. Problem is I now have some great gear, 27" imac etc but no longer take the shots That first got me started I the hobby. 100-400 would be a bit much to double up at weddings but you may have hit on it with the 70/200 and 1.4 convertor which is lying upstairs gathering dust
