I've looked at doing this, the things that have put me off are:
- no lightroom classic
- no pureraw support (I regularly shoot at 12800+ so want to denoise)
The point being made is the DDR4 and DDR5 modules are physically different. You won't really notice a difference in performance but if you buy DDR4 it won't fit!
With good lighting then they're superb as happy snappers and some firms so their product photography with them.
When you start wanting things like fast moving subjects in low light, greater aperture and focal length control etc then you're still back on a faithful camera. There's a reason...
Personally I'd say you're no longer a beginner when you can get a reasonable amount of positive feedback without any caveats about your inexperience etc - i.e. People appreciate your work for what it is.
BUT if I stopped there that would be a hugely misleading post.

Are there any norms for laying a bag out in a particular way or is it all a case "whatever fits"? Just got a flipside 500 so I can have a single bag. Currently an r6mk2 with 70-200 in there and an m50 with 17-55 but that's likely to become something similar in size to the r6 shortly.

Slightly different angle, but what about putting some of the heavier items in a bum back so it's taking weight on your hips, or a rucksack with proper hip straps?
