I've had and interest in photography since I was a kid but never really had the spare income until about 18 years ago when I bought myself a digital camera to capture what I saw whilst out hill walking and it wasn't long before the photography becoming the reason for the walks.

Prior to my carbon fibre 055 I had the aluminium and it was rock solid, more so than the carbon fibre one that I now have. I upgraded to save weight and the aluminium one had seen better days but I'm not entirely happy with it. Thanks for the reply.

I have a Lowepro Whistler and I'm really pleased with it - plenty of room and opens at the back so the front goes on the floor when laid down which was one of the reasons I went for it. I got fed up of putting Nature Trekker sack down and ending up with wet straps.
