So I downloaded the manual and realise now that it won,t open because it is showing Mechanical error 1.Can anyone shead any light on this.I have brought it to Greece and hope someone here knows what to do with it.

Hello, I,m a new owner of this Olmec printer and at present cannot reach my friend that gave it to me.I wish to put the media in and cannot remember how to open it up.I can see no obvious means by which to do this. I would appreciate instruction.Thanks
