Doesn't sound good at all! Have you checked the serial number to make sure its your original camera? Fuji sent me back someone else's camera, I hadn't even noticed until Fuji wanted it back.

Have you tried changing the colour space to Adobe RGB on the camera when shooting jpegs? It should help contain your reds better!

Folks, check your returned cameras carefully! As I reported a week or so ago, my camera was returned in the same box with the same clip on lens cap and the GGS screen protector still attached, hoorah, hoorah, my camera, or at least it looked the same!! A few days later an empty box arrived...

Funny that! I've had one delivered today aswell. But it was empty with a prepaid bag to send it back in! I've already had a new sensor put in my X10, maybe they want me to send it back so they can give me that Extra, Extra special sensor. :)

I sent mine with a GGS screen attached, clip on lens cap and the battery, they all came back fine.
