I use a program called Karen's replicator. You can choose the relevant destination folder and there are options on there that allow you to schedule a backup. It does sync over what has already been backed so you are not making more than one backup! It's free and a small download. linky here...

Are they being imported onto the computer, i know with certain software there are checkboxes that say delete after import or something along those lines!

i toyed with the idea of going out and shooting in ealing, but far too risky, you can never see where things are coming from, and looking at videos from last night some were uncomfortably close to my house. I use a 1000d as well, and have to say never had any issues with it, Works really well gets the shots really crisply (with the right lens on), only thing i'd say about it is the low ISO of 1600 is the only thing letting it down for low light shooting, but as second camera choice for the future i...

it was good day to be out and about with a camera, i was trying out a bit of random street photography down on southbank at the time! They never said anything to me when i was shooting Tower Bridge from your location a few months back so i think there quite lenient. anyway enough of the thread...
