Pretty much as title really. Quite new to photography and using Lightroom 4 Nikon D90 Just have a basic PB Laptop. Just no idea that what I am seeing on my laptop screen will be the same when i use a company to print my images. Advice on all of this would be fabulous please. This looks okay...

Same here, I have noticed in the last few months same questions at post office. But I usually make sure that they are in the correct item they are for when posting.

I remember a similar thread some years ago and someone mentioned try taking the photo with the use of a mirror. Maybe worth a try.

perhaps just try the recommendations on here and see how it fits for you. Personally Lightroom does eveything i need.

will be trying these this week after reading the reviews and endorsements on here, makes searching for some place worth while a lot easier.

The final processing looks excellent. Sounds like a real headaches at times. But the end results look great.

saw this on some website a while ago (you tube) i think. Looks brilliant. Really tempted.

always wondered this too. As I would like to attempt some street photography but worried how you start, without looking like some kind of odd ball taking photos of randoms. I did think of getting some business cards printed up and hand them out with the link to the album on them for the people...

Slightly O/T but what is the point in recording where you have photographed images? Is it just for your own benefit when you import them into the likes of Lightroom so you can recall where this and that was taken? I know my iPhone does it, so sometimes, nice to see where I took that etc. Thanks

Okay, just sorting Flickr out. But Flickr will not allow me to upload 'NEF' Files though so had to convert to JPEG, so no idea whatsoever if you will be able to see camera settings from the photo's? I know I have seen some websites with photos (I forget which) and next to the photo's it also...

Okay I will post some photo's for you. Couple of questions though as pretty new to this forum as a poster. I use Photobucket, will that be able to upload and show you all my EXIF settings from that camera as well as it being in RAW, or is there a better place to sign-up and be able to upload...

Just seemed that to me, when they were a distance away, I focused on them and had a high enough shutter speed (so i though) but images seems somewhat blurred when I cropped into them. They were, to be honest a good way from where we were standing at that point. Like I said, I am new to...
