What's some good equipment to get started if I want to steady my GH1 when I'm filming. Mainly news stuff. Just getting started so some help would be much appreciated.

I'd like to make a private flickr set, only viewable by people whom I send the link to, with photos from my other sets. I don't want to make the photos private just the 'folder' Is this possible?

Ok. So I've found it the camera gets the f-- error as soon as metering turns off. Odd. How do I set metering to be constantly on with the D90?

I've done all of that but it hasn't helped. It's not the camera because none of my other lenses get this problem.

I wouldn't even spend that much on a tripod. Get yourself some good glass instead. I have a Hama Star 61 and its amazing for what I paid(£10)

its on the largest aperture and locked there. I haven't cleaned the camera contacts and am kind of scared to do so. How do I go about doing that?

Just got a new lens and the connectors are a bit messed up. I have to constantly keep unlocking and locking it into place or I get the f-- error on my D90. Is there any way I can clean or improve the connection?

I like looking at portrait photography, especially stuff like what annie leibovitz did/does. What are some good books that just have a collection of great portrait shots?

ooooohhh good idea. i dont have a remote trigger sadly enough but the flash has a wireless slave function that i can control from my camera
