Don't know if you've since solved your problem but if not there's an app called RawDroid that allows you to open Raws on mobile. There's a free version which watermarks the images and the 'pro' upgrade which costs about a fiver

Hadn't attempted cloning up to now but it looks to be a useful trick to have in the arsenal
