    Help ID'ing this please

Same thing as a pair of binoculars only made for one eye to look through, like a telescope, that's all I know  regarding the one in the pic, if it is a real world item (not made by the prop department) I'm trying to find out who it was made by, but it seems to be a closely guarded secret...

Hi, Yes that's where I got the image from, they are an hire company for film, stage etc, I contacted them for more info on it (manufacturer) but no reply :( must be top secret as it was used in a Bond film, so thought I would try on here. Have tried PYSIS monocular in google, even tried a...

Has anyone got/used one of these ???

Hello Paul, Thanks for that, to be honest the thing that attracted me to those particular boxes was the quick and convenient setup/fold down design (don't have a vast amount of storage and its getting less and less) but if the quality of light effectiveness of the grid isn't up to much then...

Nikon D700 official owners/users thread, anything related to the D700

Changing the subject for a moment, is it normal for the LCD display on a D700 to get warm when using live view???? Have been using it recently to compose pano's so it's on continuously for 10 or so minutes. Just wondered if this is normal having not used it before. Cheers

Or paying for items and not receiving them, scams work both ways, Ebay or anywhere for that matter, feedback and minimum posts before being allowed to use the classifieds section are just ways to try and reduce the risk to either party, buyer and seller, unless your buying face to face of using...

Nikon D700 official owners/users thread, anything related to the D700

I 100% agree regarding fee's etc, but when (myself included) you cant use the classifieds on here your options are pretty limited. Looking at completed listings on Ebay (over the past few days) they average between £900 to £1385.
