Yup, in a similar boat but had a few occasions with the kids where even a pop up flash would have helped a little, bonus being it can trigger my bigger Godox flash.

Anybody using one of these mini Godox TTL flashes? https://www.godox.com/product-e/iT30Pro.html Couple of occasions where I could have done with one, and for the size and price seems great to keep in the bag.

This weeks job is to put together our Itinerary for a 15 day trip to Sri Lanka this July, my current plan is to skip Yala national park and head to Wilpattu National park and Minneriya National park only, Anybody travelled to Sri Lanka this time of the year or done a similar itinerary?

I'm on full frame, A7IV with 20 f1.8G, 35 f1.8, 85 f1.8 and I'm going to add a Sigma 150-600 Sport before the cashback finishes. It'll be stills only for her.

Morning all, my daughter has outgrown her Canon 100d with kit lens and she would like to change her camera, we're looking at getting her a second hand Sony of some description so that she can share my lenses. Current thoughts are the Sony A6400 (bigger battery, better processor and AF over the...

Any users of the following lenses that could offer some feedback, I'm not normally a big zoom photographer but have an extended holiday in Sri Lanka this summer with a couple of Safaris planned so would like to add something to my setup, I've negated hiring as I'll need it for a month and that's...

What backing up equipment do you use when travelling

I use one of these with a tablet and an old 1TB drive and works great, a little redundant when I upgraded to an A7IV, dual 128GB cards can hold a lot of images.

I'm now content with my setup, just need to add a couple of 128GB V60 cards (not a video person) and I'm complete..... I think.

A7IV turned up yesterday completing a very expensive Black Friday this year, but couldn't turn down a body only for £1500 after cashback from Clifton cameras.

Have you turned off AF with shutter in the menu, I hadn't when I first setup my A7C for BBF so it would track and BBF on the AF On but refocus on the half press.

Thanks @nandbytes I loved the concept of the small size full frame camera and it was great walking around Florida last year with the small kit lens and snapping holiday pictures, but I had to add a base to it as it was slightly small for my hands, putting the 85mm on and it cancels out any real...

How would you compare the both? I like the C and the size but only when I've got a small lens on, and I'm finding myself in the viewfinder more and more rather than the screen and its not the most comfortable with the C. Plus with the rumoured new A7C models now's probably the best time for...
