The car wont start at all.. After a full tank from TOP.. this light only came on after that

I know it's while ago but I'm stuck with the exact same proplem..did you ever find out what was the problem? I'm thinking of draining the petrol out and try yo start the car ( it did start after taking few fuses out to check but now it's not) All I can hear is clicking and engine light is on
