RAW and JPG usually - the XT4 produces very nice jpegs, which I often use as a starting point. If I want to process something, I quite often use the JPG first for a quick result. If I have the time, I'll do more with the RAW file.

Thunderbird Mail has worked well for me on many different computers. I would also suggest Gmail - you can link any email account to it, for sending and receiving mail.
Hi - just joined this Forum today. Have been in and out of photography over the years. My first SLR was a Praktica MTL3 with 50mm lens. These days I mainly use the Fuji XT4 and 90mm. I tend to prefer a minimal setup, but the iPhone gets a lot of use too - simply because it's always available!
