Rookies - the Derbyshire Times says that the plug holes are flowing again, have your heard or seen anything?

Was meant to be going to shoot the plug holes on Sunday, will they definitely not be flowing even if we have lots of rain between now and then?

Get the D750 then, it sounds like you have already decided on it! No point shelling out for a D610 then wanting the D750.

Thanks all, ive decided to go for a cheap 24-85 first to see which focal length i prefer, either 28 or 35 before i invest 300 odd quid in a lens. This way i can use both focal lengths then get the one most suited.

Hi, Ive had my Nikon D600 with the 50mm 1.8D for a few months now and really happy with this combo. I have noticed when shooting the kids indoors i find the 50mm a little too long so thinking the 28mm 1.8 would complement the 50mm well. I mainly take pictures of my daughters, neices and nephews...

Good question, I'm in the same boat. Trying to decide between the 24-70 sigma or the tamron 28-75. I will follow this thread with interest!

Unsure about the free services but I picked a d600 a few months ago and really pleased with it.

I know the sigma is great but its 5 times the price and i will only need to close focus and use aptertures under f5.6 in fx mode...watch a video on youtube called 35mm dx on fx. You might be suprised by the results. Also im only trying the lens, not buying it.
