    Beginner Really struggling

I struggled for ages with this and then I got a tip. Ask yourself, "Do I set shutter speed or depth of field"? One will be more important than the other. The one you pick will be relevent to your subject, Then you can adjust the other to suit. Have the ISO set to auto until you get to grips with...

    PC problems

You should always try and use these type of cleaners in "Safe Mode". This stops repercussions. To use Safe mode ...... Turn off the pc and restart. Whilst it is rebooting, keep pressing the top F8 key. You will hear a beep, keep tapping until a "Safe Mode" screen apears Now you can safely run...

    New PC min spec.

Thats no problem ......... Use two external hard drives. They are now quite small and have come down a lot in price. Then you can still keep your hard drive pretty much clear

If this pops up when you log on, it's probably a search engine hi-jacker. You can re set your default search by going up to ..TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > GENERAL and delete the hi-jacker url then type your own default search engine back in its place, then OK it. Or you could try the "System...

Any ideas where I can find this tripod head spare?

Is that part only for that model? Maybe there is the same part on a different model that would fit!

    Nifty fifty question

I have a Canon EOS 650D and want to buy a 50mm F/1.8 for portraits. There seems to be two different lenses and different prices..... A Canon EF 50mm F/1.8 II Lens and also a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 - f/22 II. Which is the better one and why ? What is the difference, if any?

    View finder magnification

Yes, I tried that.. It just seems that things are too far away to get a precise focus

    View finder magnification

I find it a little difficult to get the manual focus spot on due to being a bit short sighted. It's either a little over, or a bit under focus. Sometimes I get it correct. Auto focus is a Godsend...I recently discovered that you can get a viewfinder magnifier that slips over the viewfinder. Do...

    Exif information

It would be nice to see the EXIF's on some of these superb images just to see the settings and the type of lenses used. Normally I can download to my PP Program, click on image info and view the settings, but many have lost the EXIF due to the post processing. Is this done on purpose or is it...

    A bit of a Dilemma

Now here's a problem. I was taking a few shots of the Dragonflies which frequent my garden. How could I get a shot of the one that had landed on my head twice? After taking a few more shots, it landed on my hand. Now if you ever have the luck to have this happen, you will know how your heart...
