Thanks Colin, spray looks easier (although might be messier...) I'll have to try it out.
Phil, I much prefer the digital books, less chance of messing something up. It's not that I mind some manual labour but they have to be prepared to pay for it!
I might revise my album options to include...
Thanks Phil,
just the info I needed.
Unfortunately it will probably be a bookbound album (this). Her budget is £300 but has very specific ideas of what she wants so it's been a long hard struggle trying to find something suitable and I'll end up charging very little for my time...
I've had a long look on the internet and a quick look on here but can't find what I need.
A client has asked for a traditional wedding album, which I normally don't offer, so I am not sure what's the best adhesive to use. I suspect the double-sided tape or stick glue from poundland wouldn't...
Posted this in the equipment forum. I'm surprised nobody replied since it's always the busiest forum...

Hello, I'm on the hunt for some new memory cards and have started to look around for prices and specs.
Up to now I thought that the class indicated the write speed of the memory card, but whilst looking at some sandisk ones that appears not to be the case. Eg. Sandisk ultra class 10 30mb/s...
I'd say ditch the d5000.
The d7000 will be more ergonomically similar to the d600 and it'll make it easier when switching between cameras.
Let us know what you decide..!
Happened to me too!!! Only it wasn't as far in, so I pulled it out with tweezers.
I have now stuck a small piece of rubber on the iMac just behind the sd card slot and run my hand behind the screen until I touch it. That's where it's safe to insert the card!
Hope you get it sorted.
Thanks skiwhiz, will keep an eye on amazon.
Thanks Pj, I'll re-evaluate things! But had a 'fake' battery leak in my d80 once, so no way I'm going fake again!
I recently bought a sigma 17-70/2.8-4 and I'm very happy with it. Works really well alongside my 70-200/2.8.
And it does macro, too.
All for less than half the price of the nikon 17-55!
If you're being picky, it has some chromatic aberration wide open, on the edges, but it's very sharp...
A similar thing happened to my mate's 18-55 on nikon. For some reason there's a bit of play in the mount and unless he 'screws' it in completely it doesn't focus.
Hope this helps
It's not that it's a lot per se, but I'd rather spend £30 on a bag and £30 on a battery, than £60 on a bag. I guess it's just how my brain's prioritising this... I'd feel sick if I spent £100-odd on a bag!
Thanks for your help, I appreciate it.
