Nikon lets you register, your imported product on their website, so I would think that it will be covered.

Nikon, doing the right thing, in recalling and fixing, even if out of warranty. That said, if you have an affected camera, you are not going to be without it for a while.

Will likely be purchasing, a Nikon Z8 and they have an excellent price, at the moment. Definitely tempted.

You can get creative to save costs. Likes of facebook marketplace to soure doors, windows, etc. Pallet wood (free if you search), to use, for cladding, flooring, etc. £3500 is achieveable, if you set your expectations, accordingly.
