I wouldn't say nothing, you have the use of an excellent piece of software with lots of features! Shooting 4k and very happy with PP. just my 2p worth.

figured it out. in premiere pro there is an option in the export settings for 1080p 24fps for iphone 4/5 and ipad etc... looks great actually.
