    Do you do any low light work? If so then keep your 17-55, besides if you sell this and get a zoom you will end up missing the range of the 17-55. If you can afford the 70-200 F/4 L then go for it, great lens. Alternate suggestion for you if cash is a problem. Sell the 17-55 for lets say...

    Thanks for the tip Although this touch screen has gone up in price, I managed to get a 23inch HD screen for £149 and with a trade in of £60 = bargain at £89 :-)
