cheers for the pointers, i live in manchester, so pretty normal temperature/humidity for england. I have ordered a relative humidity meter though, waiting for that to arrive. I'll look into the damp problem and see where that gets me.

I haven't done much photography recently so my gear hasn't been out much. I got it out recently to find most of my lenses have fungus in them, some are very bad. I'm not new to having fungus in lenses, I bought one second hand a few years back that was infested with fungus which i sent back...

You can get cleaning tools to do it yourself or if you don't feel up to it you can get a pro to do it, not sure how much it costs. Calumet sometimes do free sensor cleaning when they have an in store exhibition on. I'd struggle to think of a way you've permanently scratched it. Have you tried...

People bothering with actual evidence rather than hearsay, rumours and speculation.... that'll be a first.

People that witness/know of abuse and do nothing are as bad as the abuser themselves. Don't know how they can have it on their conscience that they did nothing to even try and stop anything from happening to anyone in the future by reporting a case of abuse, regardless of who the alleged is.

This is has gone the way everything like this goes, the accused's name gets splashed all over the news and press, the papers love stuff like this and glorify it, no real fact can be established amongst all the sensitisation of the subject. A man that is dead and can no longer defend himself...

Have you seen the size of the pictures of the watch though, they're like a postage stamp, even if it was a genuine watch and not pictures of a watch would you seriously bid close to 5K for such a poor description of a watch and with pictures so small no detail of the condition of the watch can...
