Is this the image stabilised one? If so, it doesn't appear to have a panning mode so turn off IS or you'll be fighting against it as you're moving the lens which won't help the resulting shots.

There's not really a lot to them, and the instructions are so badly translated that they're near worthless anyway. Simple steps are: - Put batteries in - connect tx to camera and rx to flash - turn everything on - shoot Edit - I tend to turn the triggers on before turning the camera and flash on.

I never said I was a public sector worker ;) My work does mean I get to see the staggering amount of cash wasted by the public sector on a daily basis though. The government would be far better plugging these hole in their finances before implementing blanket cuts and punishing the few groups...
