Hi i am trying to upgrade my lenses would people say it's better to get a Sigma 70-200 f2.8 or a canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM?

My main lenses are sigma 170-500mm 1:5-6.3 APO DG and sigma 28-300mm Aspherical IF. Do you think better lenses would be the way to go and if so what do would you suggest to replace those? Thanks for everyones help Jack
