im sure Forth Valley college are doing a photoshop course as flexible learning when you learn from home, a college through your way might do the same! Think the course was under £100 but not sure what was on the course, just remember seeing photoshop in the course booklet!
I have not long started in photography either and have purchased a nifty fifty and just received a 28-135 today! both good and I feel is enough alongside my 55-250 to cover most things I would be interested in. At the moment anyway :)
my border terrier has one at his rib cage as well, I was the exact same as you but cause you can move it about and its not attached to anything vet said it was just a fatty lump!

I am looking for a holster type bag that I can use when I just want to take camera and one lens rather than lugging about rucksack.
Can you recommend one that will fit my 350d with battery grip and 55-250 lens?

glad things are looking up for you. im off work the now with stress and getting out and about this week with the camera has helped relax me! going to try Stills for a camera course in October.
