I did exactly the same, cuf my holder doen to two slots. Works absolutely fine down to 12 mm. You're good to go fella :)

Yeah I use a couple for my 60d. No problems at all. Just stick to known brands like energiser etc. Avoid the ones for five quid or so!

If its just a few lens you could go for lowepro nova type smaller bag. If you want something a little bigger what about the event messenger bag? I have them both and they are great. I use the messenger nearly all the time.

I think possibly FB may only recognise jpeg files. Are your pics a mix of jpeg + raw's?

I did the same thing when moving from Sony to Canon. If you email them your gear details some will send you a trade in quote back. Park Cameras is one that comes to mind. Just dont expect it to be that high. As mentioned before trade in is lower than you could sell for. Alternatively sell it...

+1 for the sigma 10-20. Awesome lens. Had mine for a while now and love it. This combined with my tam 17-50 covers a very usable focal length whilst having much improved iq. Do you have kit lens 18-50 or have you upgraded that? You coule pick up a sigma 10-20 and a tam 17-50 for your budget...

How about the trusty old manfrotto xpro 190. Good solid construction. Sturdy out in the elements. Good build quality. Will last you years. Wont break the bank :)
