Ahhh right good good, whats the power and recharge times like from it?

Cheers for the advise, i have a mate who uses the SB-800, and i know he is very impressed with it, the power from it seems to be substantially more than the 600, but was wondering what the sb-700 is like compared to the sb-800 for recharge times and power?

Has anyone used or heard anything about what the SB-700 is like? I currently have the SB-600 and find i sometimes struggle for power and recycle times, so i am looking at upgrading to the SB-700, SB-800 or SB-900 I dont want to spend too much, preferably nearer the £200 mark, What...
