i don't know much about it tbh but i use safari as standard and i notice whenever i check my photos on another browser the colours look very different take a look here: http://www.gballard.net/psd/go_live_page_profile/embeddedJPEGprofiles.html

looking at it in safari (a colour managed browser) the colour looks much better in the flickr image but looking in IE or firefox they look the same to me
