Found an undocumented feature of the G3, it's very slightly waterproof. Mine took a swim in the bath yesterday (almost fully submerged for a couple of seconds) and after a day drying out it's actually working! Gonna give it a thorough test to make sure everything is still perfect. lol
I haven't noticed that at all. Only noisy thing on mine is the 20mm lens when focusing, can actually feel it through the camera, lol. Takes great photos though so I'll put up with it.
I think so. You just fill in your camera details and send the receipt with the form to panasonic. Don't recall it saying any limits about where you can buy from.
Haven't had anything back yet though, but I think it said up to 5 weeks.
Had my G3 for a couple of weeks now and just got the 20mm pancake last week. It's stayed on the camera since, lol. 5 year warranty and free lightroom (which doesn't support the G3 raw file yet :() along with 10% discount sold it for me.
Also got a Canon 500d which I'm now selling as I just...
I've always been very happy with my 70-200 f4. I think since I've got it it's spent a lot more time on my camera than the kit lens.
Great for taking photos of people without getting in their faces. I've used it loads to take pictures of my son without him noticing (he's 20 months and likes to...
The 70-200mm is a great lens. But I would say that as I'm selling my old one. lol. Definitely took all my best pics with that lens, although my only other one was the kit lens.
If it was me though, I would go for a new body as the 350d is really quite old now and the newer bodies have a lot of...
Sounds very similar to my wifes 1.2 turbo Clio. Just over 100bhp and can get pretty good mpg on a long run.
My old RX8 however used to average 16mpg to work :( Was fun though.
I'd never only have an iPad. It doesn't do nearly enough for that. However, since I got my iPad 2, I've used it every single day. Which is a lot more than I can say for my laptop which only gets used when gaming, or doing work.
The 2 is perhaps now worth that much more than the 1, but I...
My Dell Studio 16 XPS RGBLED screen is fantastic :D
Why pay at least 50% extra for the marginal (I don't really notice any improvement on my sister in laws macbook pro, although that's the last model) improvement in quality, especially when you have to put up with that **** OSX!! :D
