Yes it is the lightsphere 11, the cloudy version.

I have one and use it quite a bit indoors and out. I used it at the recent model shoot in Haslam Park and you can see the results here http://www.framedimage.co.uk/apps/photos/ All but the two which were obviously side lit were taken using the Fong.
