    I think it would depend on the wording your friend has on his site. It may need updating to point out there are specific exclusions and say something like all images on this site are covered by CC except for those specifically stated as all rights reserved.

    Bit of good news. Turns out they are restructuring to concentrate on just the printing side which makes money, as opposed to the loss making camera equipment side. They are moving to a bigger location and should be up and rnning again in a few days
