    That's great thank you you have all sold it to me. My main uses for it would be for Motor Sport, Wildlife and Dog shows my main lens at present is the Nikkor 24-70 2.8 and what a fab lens this is... if the 70-200 is the same quality as this I will be over the moon. :D

    Hi Darren, 24-70 Fantastic lens, 170-500 is a heavy beast yes you are right you do need good light also I feel I need to use it in manual. You mentioned a reserve, Burton is that the one at Neston, I've not been there.
