Windows doesnt recognise RAW:bang: did your CS4 come with Adobe bridge or do you have light room? as you can use either of these to view your RAW files and do some PP. Or just open them individually in CS4 Hope this helps!

I dont know of any in your area but I live near Southampton and have just sent my 40d up to Glasgow for repair (A J Johnstone) the service has been good so far!:)
