I certainly will, I'm not too far from Scarborough (Hartlepool) so will enjoy looking at some relatively local shots.

As a relative newbie I'm finding it more useful to play around with other settings such as aperture etc and have always left wb on auto. But as stated I do use raw and play around in Lightroom afterwards. I will learn wb but only after I'm more proficient in what I consider the more basics.

Great discussion guys, would you mind spelling out for a newbie how I'd be looking to set up a d7000 for this situation. Would I manually choose the higher iso and wide aperture whilst allowing the camera to select shutter speed on the fly?

I'm always surprised at how much they charge on shutterstock and the like, for general website use it's always above my budget.

In all my travels with work I've never had any issues with this and at times I carried a backpack containing my camera and other things plus a laptop shoulder bag. Wouldn't worry about it.

Can you maybe add a bit more punch to the yellow and blue of the right beach hut? Seems a little dull there. Possibly a b&w with the yellow and blue visible there? Just an idea :)

Excellent resources which I did not know about, thank you very much. Interesting for gauging fair pricing. Kind of makes buying new seem better value right now considering some of those used examples only offer a £30 saving at current prices.
