Lens for Sony a6000

Hi guys I'm an amateur photographer, I've been photographing with my Sony a6000 since November with a 3.5-5.6/18-55mm lens. Could somebody please advise me on the names of lenses that I can buy for this camera, and what they do exactly? The person I bought this camera from had a lens attached...
