40D: Av Mode and Flash?!
The 40d has a custom function that changes the shutter speed to a fixed 250 in av mode when using flash. If you go through the custom function menus you should find it.:)- GTB79

De-lurking to say Hi!
After lurking around here for a while I thought I'd start posting. I've finally gone digital going from a Canon T90, to a Canon 40D with Tamron 17-50 f2.8. :)- GTB79
