Im not all that up to date with different PP methods and workflows but my understanding of it is that PP work merely enhances, in some cases drastically what was already captured in the original shot. Are you saying that this lighting was somehow created in PP software?

Good to see that there is some redress for artists whose work is blatantly stolen with the poor excuse of "Oh, we didn't know". Shame on you Getty, hopefully other agencies, newspapers and companies will take note and change their ways but a little part of me feels all warm and fuzzy hearing...
