Righto, here's my go from BTCC practice day. Taken with a Kodak DC210 Plus "ZOOM Camera" with a massive One mega pixel. No idea on its value, it was my first ever digital camera. The shutter lag felt like seconds and the viewfinder was a bit lacking. Quite pleased with these considering!

ViewNX is the only freebie Nikon branded software that you could use. It's not perfect but it will allow you to do a basic raw conversion and minor adjustments.
It's a very very useful tool for anybody wanting to know sunrise/sunset or moonrise/moonset times on any given date/location. I always use it before planning an early morning shoot.
I'd love a version on Android.
