Hi Guys, It's been a while since I posted and some time since partially sucessful eye surgery. i still can't see out of one eye and the other is v. short sighted. I'm going to drop out of the 52s as I can't really use the camera with any accuracy and PP is almost impossible. I'm typing this...

Thanks for looking guys. The flowers were really tricky; I wanted that morning light from the side but found getting them sharp wqs tricky. lots of different apertures but couldn't separate the BG and still get them sharpish. Something to do with the structure of the flower head I think...

Still here everyone, but a problem with the eye surgery has left me a @short@ sighted :D Will catch up soon, promise !! Dave that's a real bummer. As the others have said it sounds as if you'll be better off out of it. keep in contact with the professionals and come here when you're ready...

I like the people and don't mund the OOF. The shot of just the lights would be OK, lots of detail and nice textures, but the people bring it to life. Nice one Dave

Home is beautifully lit Roger, the light flare reminds me of smoky rooms. Can a motorbike be elegant??:D:LOL: The paint damage on the posts distracts the eye a bit though; some cloning perhaps.

Like the clear, clean horizontal lines in home Alan. Nice take on the theme too

Sorry to hear that Mark. Thanks for all your comments over the last couple of years I've been doing the 52s. I understand how the lack of feedback makes you fell; I've noticed the drop off too. I'm probably guilty as well 'cos life does get in the way sometimes. I hope you can get back here...
