    Non OEM DJI batteries

Starting to wish I bought some more batteries a few months ago for my DJI PHantom 3 when the prices seemed to be around £80 for a genuine battery, now they are £124!!! There are batteries available circa £50-80 but I wondered if anyone had tried them to either make me think this is a good idea...

Anyone use the Lowepro Transit Sling 250 AW?

I gave up on my sling after about two months, great idea, and when the zip worked it did well. Unfortunately the zip was made of chocolate and despite never over filling it didn't make it past three months.

    Nikon flashguns.......

OK, so after a bit of digging..... I found this site: http://support.nikonusa.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/886/~/d-slr-and-nikon-speedlight-compatibility and was looking at cheaper Nikon speedlights, would a cheaper SB-26/28/80 not do a decent percentage of the things I want it to do at a...

    Nikon flashguns.......

Looks like I will be getting an SB600 then, knew it would be the sensible option. Cheers for the feedback everyone

    Nikon flashguns.......

OK, so I came across from my old Sony setup (which included an HVL42AM Sony flashgun) and the one thing I miss with my Nikon kit is a decent flash. 99% of my flash photography was bounced flash, indoors, shooting either my son or my reptiles. I loved the fact that the camera and flash worked...

Best quality lightweight 300mm+ lens for Nikon

The picture of the bluetit alone would persuade me which lens to get, it looks super sharp. HOWEVER, the ability of the Sigma is truly superb, wish I had the spare cash for either at the moment.

Should I stick with Sony or change for my new DSLR?

I half wish I had stayed with Sony instead of moving to Nikon, but only in the regards that, for the equipment I want to buy, I was consistently finding cheaper alternatives with the Sony. I love my Nikon, and genuinely prefer it to the EVF systems (purely personal preference if you ask me), but...

    In your car

Never really thought about it, but I would guess it would depend on the lens I had on. Preference would probably be aperture priority, auto iso, and continuous shoot.

    Sony A580 help needed

Sony Pencoed for bits, and obscenely expensive for a repair by them (see dropped A350 thread)

    Dropped Sony A350

The annoying bit is, and had I been privately repairing the camera, they did quote a price, then amend it, which was accepted, the first time, THEN added to that price the second time. If I had been paying for this myselfI could potentially have been left in the awkward position of paying much...

What is your favourite camera bag?

I'm thinking about converting a nice cheap bag like http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LARGE-MILITARY-MESSENGER-BAG-SAS-BLACK-CANVAS-HAVERSACK-/280554822922?pt=Men_s_Accessories_UK&hash=item41525edd0a#ht_730wt_986 and adding padding, hopefully it will remain nice and stealthy. I have the Slingshot A200...

    Dropped Sony A350

just to continue the saga..... Camera is back, again, and (touch wood) appears to be fixed this time, should be though, the eventual repair bill was just over £400 (Talk about the insurance company being robbed). Best bit is I was proved right, it has had a new mirror box AND a new control...
