Thanks for getting back to me Dave. However, it is a Kodak digital FRAME that I have the issue with not a camera.

I have a Kodak Easyshare Digital frame P86/87. I want to update the Firmware but when i download "http://download.kodak.com/digital/software/pocketVideo/playtouch... link it does not know what programme to open it with and nor do I!! Can you assist please? How do I open this programme in order...
