Yeah settings I totally appreciate are difficult to help with due to too many variables. Its more of meeting like minded people to gain confidence before asking someone who is use to the environment to pose. I have not looked in the meeting section so that's where I will be going next.

So I am lucky enough to be attending Silverstone at Brooklands and wondered if I could get some advise on what would be the best lens to take. I have a D7000. I am not sure what would be most suitable 200mm or 300mm. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
