Hi, I need to buy a softbox for an indoors location shoot and im not sure which one or maybe if i need an adapter for the light? I have a Bowens gm125 light and im looking at this softbox below? any help appreciated, thanks :)...

I read mixed reviews on that lens too, i think i need to give it more thought as i dont shoot wildlife that often and i certainly cant afford 1200 pound for a lens, if i could i would stick it on my 5d.

Yeah good point. I dont think my 300mm will work on my 5d so i will need to replace it, but i have a horrible feeling i will need to buy an expensive lens or use my 40d for wildlife as i was which is not ideal...

I am considering upgrading from my 40d to a 7d. Just wondered whether opinions that it is an actual upgrade and advantages exc hd video and/or to wait another year and go fullframe although all my lenses will need replacing too then? :)

Thanks flash. I have been referred by another tog I just asked to go for RF-602, i am a beginner on kit at home as to what works as the st the studio i use, uses profoto? I only have one light and a canon 40d and it will only be used in a room, my house or on location. Which ones do i need please?
