Ok.......So I need a little help being a newbie to DSLR.
I'm buying on a budget so old tackle will defo be usefull if I can still use it.
Cases and tripods I can use but.......my old manual Metz 36 C-2 has been a star and I'd love to continue its use with my possible purchase of the Canon EOS...
I concur.
HS20 now has dedicated flashgun but squeezed an extra 6mp into the same sensor as the HS10 ?
Go for the cheaper HS10 that will give better results and learn from the manual external flash.
I went bridge purely out of cost and experience and haven't been disapointed.
The Fuji HS10 was my chosen tool because of its amazing features for a non DSLR.30x zoom, manual focus and zoom, features far too many to list just now :)
Down side has to be the non dedicated flash as TTL flash wasn't...
I have owned the HS10 since it first appeared on the market.
Brilliant camera with only one major flaw........it's not an SLR.
So you don't have to be Sherlock to work out that many will automatically dismiss the Fuji and not read any further.
I've found the HS10 to excell in many fields...
