Just had to give up tennis as I've had too many hip and knee replacements...enough is enough. Retired 16 years ago and got an early-on bridge camera - Minolta A1. Got it because I knew some day I'd have to reduce my activity level and was always interested in photography, hoping it would take up the slack. Used it on and off, but mostly off. Got back to using it 3 months ago, but it just stopped working, so I got a newer bridge camera - Panasonic FZ1000K. I'm now in the process of again learning how to use these types of cameras. My main goal will be to photograph anything that interests (most likely will start off with animals, environment and macros) me for my own personal satisfaction.
