Pic for a local paper is another thing and I would charge them...they make money on selling papers and have funds for images.

I've never really understood why pro photographers get all annoyed when someone takes images for free...I'll be fitting my kitchen some time next week...does this mean I'll get kitchen fitters getting annoyed at me? or when I did some plastering at a friends house for free...should a plasterer...

Congrats on being from the UK and a photographer :clap: If you're also selling images then good for you :thumbs: It's been mentioned before but... Looks like you've scaled down 3000px image to 200px, you should scale the image via art package to give you the sizes you want, then upload...

I make minor changes to images, ie contrast, brightness etc...but major changes on specific images like cloning out, repair etc. I also like to create HDR images

I've been asked if I could take out the lens flare from the following image, I've tried using the burn tool to darken it but I can't seem to make it look right. I can't really clone it out, so does anybody have any tips on what I can do or is it beyond help?

Do you think Google has gone beyond what is right with taking photographs pointing directly at houses and sometimes into their garden etc?

I've added some graffiti to the building...it looks great :thumbs:

I do have shots of bramble etc that I'm going to use on the grass surface so I'll see how that goes...

I was going to do more physical damage to the bricks but as the church has been up for many, many years already (I think about 300) I doubt the colour would change too much but thanks for the input.
