looks like the card is just not being detected at all, which is still why i think its data recovery company time - hey ho i think i can write it off on tax though lol, vettahead, thanks for the offer, perhaps pm me and if there is anything then that would be brill, i just do not want to loose...

windows and ZAR is not working it see the card as 0bytes and will not access it :(

Based in burnley, lancashire, years ago i had a corrupt card but the sandisk software go the images back, this one just will not be recognised at all by anything, almost as if the control chip has failed in the card!!

Worst nightmare realised, my CF card just completely failed yesterday just after the B+G had left the church, so all the photos from that camera cannot be accessed. I do have some from the 2nd camera but not as many, and none of the Bride and her father walking down the isle. The card...

Hi I am looking to invest in a nissin di866 mkII as a second flash, i am just wondering if they are any good, considering the price difference between one of these and an sb900/910 Has anyone used one for off camera flash and if so what did you think?

I use an ebay copy and apart from the odd set of - lets fire off 6 shots for no reason (not a regular thing) - it has been great, cost me about £50 - just be sure to buy one with the correct battery compartment and not a plug in and charge one :)

SNAPSEED by Nik software is free till Sunday i believe and it is a great tool :)
