I saw I Daniel Blake on a flight to Antigua.......slightly incongruous I know....but a very powerful and emotional film, despite the surroundings and the destination. My wife saw it on the way home and found it equally emotive. Highly recommended film.

Just in case you are still checking the forum on your phone, if you go to the creek, go earlier and walk down to the fish market. I know it sounds like a duff subject, but the characters are really interesting, happy with a camera around, in fact seem to queue up, but the fish are amazing...

My sister and brother in law have moved back to the centre of Gothenburg and we have a Stugan between Varberg and Falkenburg. You know you can't get the Swedes to their Stugans in the winter, I have done it once and had a great time....will have to look into it more.:)

There are lavender fields at Hunstanton in Norfolk and then you could go on Old Hunstanton for the red and white cliffs. Doesn't sound quite as exotic does it...mind you flying isn't required.
